Fitness Aerobics Class

Hello, my name is Carl Dean and I have been personal training & teaching aerobic classes in the village for almost ten years.
The weekly Aerobics classes are high energy and most importantly a fun way to exercise and keep fit. No matter what your age, ability or experience the classes are an inclusive activity suitable for everyone. They are both upbeat and fun and will ensure you are boosting your fitness, getting a top workout, and having a great time!
Aerobics classes are an ideal for a great fat burning workout and a real energy boost. Class members have seen the benefit with increased stamina and fitness levels and all over body toning.
The classes take place on Monday, 9:30 – 10:30

Active Balance Classes
Active Balance Class – Every Thursday 3:00pm – 4:00pm
Rhodes Memorial Hall in Brockhampton plays host to a weekly Active Balance class for the over 50s on Thursdays, 3-4pm.
Established more than a year ago, this friendly group enjoys a varied programme of exercises designed to maintain and improve flexibility, strength and co-ordination as well as balance. We use sponge balls, resistance bands, sparkly pompoms and elements of t’ai chi and visual imagery to increase our range of movement, sharpen our reactions and tone our muscles.
Seated and standing options for the exercises are offered so it is suitable for all-comers.
If you’d like to join in the fun, classes are run on a drop-in basis at £5 per week;

Pilates Exercise Class
Every Friday 9:00am – 10:00am
Pilates exercises are controlled movements which engage mind and body, bringing about correct postural alignment and well-being. It focuses on core strength and building functional fitness.
An excellent form of exercise to develop low back strength, improve mobility and flexibility.
