Although Whalley Farm is not located within Sevenhampton Parish it is considered to be a ‘major development’ the Parish Council has been consulted.

Proposal: Diversification of Whalley Farm to include, the change of use of land from agricultural use to wedding venue and facilities, conversion and change of use of the Stone Barn and Meal House from commercial use to provide ceremonial space, guest accommodation and bridal suite, the erection of new agricultural buildings and domestic equestrian facilities and the demolition of existing agricultural buildings.
