Pilates exercises
are controlled movements which engage mind and body, bringing about
correct postural alignment and well-being. It focuses on core
strength and building functional fitness.
An excellent form of exercise to develop low back strength, improve mobility and flexibility.
A class is held in the Rhodes Memorial hall on Friday mornings at 11.30am - 12.30 pm at £7.50 per hour.
