Minutes of ad hoc Parish Council Meeting
held
on Tuesday 14 October 2008

- Apologies had been
received from Bill Lanfear
- There
were no declarations of interest in the item on the agenda

Telephone
kiosk – after considerable discussion it was proposed by
Alison Giles, seconded by Harry Boyd and RESOLVED that:
- subject to the ability to
disconnect the power supply with a proviso that no
more than £50 be spent on disconnection, and
- a
ceiling on insurance costs per annum to be set at no more than
£30,
negotiations
would take place to
adopt the kiosk from BT for a sum of £1.
- The
date of the next meeting was confirmed as 19
November.
There being no other business
the chairman closed the meeting at 8.15pm
