Sevenhampton Parish Council
The next meeting of the Parish Council
will be held on Wednesday 21st May 2008
at 7.30pm
in Rhodes Memorial Hall Brockhampton

There will be a short question and answer session before the meeting starts.

  1. To accept apologies for absence
  2. Declarations of interest in items on the agenda, if any
  3. Election of officers
  4. To report matters arising from the minutes:
    1. noticeboards update;
    2. update on setting up think tank on climate change;
    3. disabled parking for hall;
    4. extra parking for village hall;
    5. response from GCC on condition of roads
  5. To receive the financial statement for the last period and consider the accounts 2007-08
  6. To receive the latest planning update
  7. Donnywell improvements
  8. To confirm date of next meeting
